Through my work with the Economic and Public Sector Program, I have been able to conduct research and pilot projects to test the use of mobile phones in development efforts and rural service delivery in Papua New Guinea. All of the projects have been conducted with funding from the Government of Australia and in partnership with the relevant agencies and departments of the Government of Papua New Guinea. All of the people involved in the projects are very gratefully acknowledged.
